It delivers the gas pressure and volume required for outdoor gas fire pts. Due to their larger flames and greater heat output, fire pits require a higher pressure than BBQ grills. If you're experiencing underwhelming flames on your propane fire pit, it's likely that the pressure on your regulator is too low.

1/2" NPT FITTING INCLUDED - Quickly connect to your DIY fire pit burner with the included 1/2 inch NPT fitting. NPT (National Pipe Thread) is a tapered thread commonly used in DIY fire pit burners. Standard BBQ grill regulators only include a 3/8 inch flared fitting which isn't compatible with DIY fire pit burners. Celestial has made it easy for you - providing you with an affordable and complete kit ready to attach to your burner.

OPTIONAL EXTENSION HOSE AVAILABLE - Need a longer hose? No problem. Celestial has extension hoses which can add an additional 6' or 12' to your hose (for a total length of 10' or 16'). These hose extensions are ideal if you plan to locate your propane tank out of sight off to the side.
